The 4 module Anti-Social Behaviour Training Program builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to prevent, assess, and respond effectively to anti-social behaviour in community housing. Through four focused modules, participants learn how to identify and assess reports, support victims and vulnerable residents, conduct fair and thorough investigations, and take proactive action to reduce and prevent incidents. This program supports staff to respond consistently and confidently while promoting safer, more cohesive communities.
