DESCRIPTION
The ability to successfully address neighbour nuisance complaints requires good communication, an awareness of the difference between neighbour nuisance and neighbour disputes, how different forms of neighbour nuisance are defined and the impact that neighbour nuisance can have on the lives of people affected by it.
