DESCRIPTION
This course provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to prepare and present a case effectively at the Tribunal (or Court depending on your location). It covers the end-to-end process, from understanding Tribunal's role and procedures, to compiling evidence, preparing submissions, and presenting a persuasive case at a hearing.

- Understand the purpose of Tribunal and the relevant divisions (particularly Residential Tenancies).
- Identify the steps involved in lodging and responding to an application.
- Prepare clear, organised, and persuasive evidence to support their case.

- Understand what to expect after the hearing, including orders, adjournments, and withdrawals.
