Community housing providers manage large volumes of sensitive information - and getting it wrong can have serious consequences.
This workshop explores the legal, ethical and practical aspects of privacy, consent and confidentiality in a social housing context. You’ll review what the law requires, what best practice looks like, and how to apply both in real-world scenarios. Through guided discussion and case examples, you'll reflect on your current practice and identify areas for improvement to ensure client privacy is protected and information is handled appropriately at all times.
